*The course of the session is generally articulated in this way:
- Joint/muscle warm-up (10 min)
- Body of the session adapted to the objective/need of the client (45min)
- Return to calm: Stretching/Relaxation (5min)

About Me
For the past 7 years, I have practiced strength training, calisthenics, and then weightlifting. I hold the French State Diploma as a Sports Instructor in Strength/Weightlifting. I later specialized in developing strength and flexibility/mobility for all types of people: athletes, beginners, seniors... The knowledge I acquired during my training, along with my experience with a diverse audience, allows me to create sessions that meet your goals and needs. Proper positioning and exercise execution techniques are a priority for me, so you can push yourself while maintaining your physical integrity.
