My classes are open to curious beginners, seasoned movers, and everyone in between. You'll learn to move with intention, care, and joy — at your own pace, with personal attention and a spirit of exploration.

You can choose to focus on ballet, yoga, or a balanced mix of both. We can also work toward specific goals such as posture improvement, flexibility, or choreography development. Private and small group sessions available.
معلومات إضافية
*comfortable clothing suitable for movement (leotard, leggings, soft shoes or barefoot for yoga).

For ballet: If possible, bring ballet slippers. If not, soft socks are fine for beginners.
For yoga: Please bring your mat, if available.

-I adapt each session to the student’s level and goals — no prior experience required.
-Lessons can be held in English, French, or Turkish.
-I offer RAD exam preparation upon request.

من أنا؟
A passionate and experienced ballet and yoga teacher with over 15 years of teaching and movement practice.

My journey began in Turkey, where I studied and taught classical ballet using the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and Vaganova methods. Over the years, I’ve expanded my practice through contemporary dance, body awareness techniques, and certified yoga instruction. My classes combine the discipline of technique with the joy and mindfulness of movement.

I’ve taught students of all ages — from small children taking their first ballet steps, to adults discovering movement later in life. I believe it’s never too early to dance, stretch, and reconnect with your body.

I dance to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where every student feels supported and inspired. Whether you are preparing for a RAD exam, exploring yoga to reduce stress, or simply wanting to move with more grace and strength, I’m here to guide you with care and dedication.

Dancing has always been one of my favorite ways to convey my emotions, express joy, and let go of my frustrations and stress. In this class, you will learn basic techniques in belly dancing: shimmy, body rolls, belly movements, hip movements, chest movements, isolations... You will combine all these moves into beautiful choreographies and hopefully feel great about your body and mood.

Dance belongs to EVERYBODY
My proposition is under the name of Performing art, like life.
The proposition contains different exercises and tasks that varies between structured and improvised:

Individual Improvisation : the improvisation aims to let the space for the dancers to develop their way of moving, to develop their understanding of their bodies related to the notion of space and time. The task would focus on the interaction with the music that they chose at first. This last would create an atmosphere that they relate to and a music that they feel connected to in order to drive them slowly in connecting their bodies and rythme. The improvisation task would play throughout variety of notions : music / silence / speaking / construction of time / construction of space.

Technical: variety of technical bases of contemporary dance would be introduced. The use of the body/ choreography/ the use of the space/ the use of surroundings/ using objects / contact improvisation.

Duet improvisation : This task is based on how the individual could relate to other body. The aim is that someone improvises while the other watches which brings a close connection to each one another as a group and start to see dancing and moving in details and closely. The second step is repeating what they saw or repeat simultaneously. This could be a good tool to try to work on memory and how they perceive the movements. (The repetition could be not identical to the previous version but at least it could take some items as rythm way of use of the body time and space together)

Yoga

The group improvisation: this improvisation would need a group of people together in which the task Would be OPEN for any suggestions.
