Bonjour, je m'appelle Audrey. Enfant, j’ai grandi à Bruxelles. Un endroit où les langues se rencontrent et se mêlent. Une ville aux portes du monde, au croisement de multiples cultures et histoires. Baignée dans ce melting-pot, il m’a vite paru clair que la diversité est une richesse et que chaque langue ouvre une fenêtre sur une façon de penser, que grandir dans un environnement multiculturel et bilingue était un privilège, une porte ouverte vers le monde.

Cette prise de conscience s’est approfondie durant mes études à la Vrije Universiteit Brussel, où j’ai étudié le français, l’anglais et l’espagnol. En plongeant dans la littérature et la linguistique, j’ai découvert à quel point les mots sont puissants et comment les utiliser pour transmettre et rassembler.

Aujourd'hui j'ai fait de ma passion pour les langues et les mots mon métier tout en transmettant mes connaissances aux personnes souhaitant améliorer leur maitrise du français.

My name is Laureline, I'm 25 years old and I hold a master in languages (English and Spanish) from the Université Catholique de Louvain. I'm Belgian and my mothertongue is French. I offer French tuitions at your home/workplace for expats who want to improve and practice their French skills in conversations. I have been a private French tutor for over a year, mostly in London and now in Brussels.

I am a university student (ULB - Faculty of Philosophy and Letters) and I propose to help young people from primary and / or secondary school.
I can help in FRENCH (native language), DUTCH and ENGLISH. I also have good knowledge in history, geo and latin. I focus obviously on the subject of the course itself but also on the working methods to be adopted to succeed! My goal is that the student assimilates the material but especially that it takes pleasure to do it without feeling bored or outdated!

That's why I offer courses focused on oral practice, particularly for memorizing grammar. I adapt to each student's pace and preferences, focusing on the conversation topics that interest them.

For beginners, I suggest starting with everyday vocabulary, expressions of standard French and/or specific to the country.

For the more advanced, we can start discussions on a subject that fascinates them from their language to French.

My goal is to help you understand the language and how it is used, both by the book and in real circumstances. I am also able to teach in ways that could benefit students struggling with the current education system (dyslexia and such).

A classical French class, using a book but with plenty of side material and homework, which I will correct outside the class. We will then examine your mistakes during the class and I will ask you to correct them.
