My yoga classes for beginners/intermediates will make you strong, energised, flexible and most importantly happy! Join me in combining meditation practice and breathing techniques to connect your mind and body in preparation for our physical yoga practice. The core elements you can expect from a class with me: -pranyama (breath control) -meditation -asana (yoga poses) -hands on adjustment -savasana (guided relaxation) As a qualified Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga teacher, you can expect my classes to be a good mix of relaxing and challenging and i am comitted to providing you with fun, personalised yoga flows in order for you to take away as much as possible from me and my teachings.
