De pianolessen worden gegeven bij mij thuis in Alphen aan den Rijn, gegeven op een Yamaha vleugel aan kinderen en volwassenen in leeftijd variërend van 5 t/m 82 jaar. Dit doe ik al jarenlang met veel plezier!
Naast het aanleren van een goede pianotechniek besteed ik ook zeer veel aandacht aan ontwikkeling van muzikaliteit. Menigeen blijkt muzikaler te kunnen spelen dan zelf voor mogelijk gehouden!
Het notenschrift hoef je niet van te voren al te kennen, dit leer je eenvoudig tijdens de pianolessen, dus spelenderwijs. Tijdens de lessen leer ik je hóe je het beste kunt studeren, waardoor de vorderingen 3x sneller gaan.

De pianolessen worden aangepast aan het niveau en ambitie van de leerlingen. Mijn doelstelling in het algemeen om binnen een zo kort mogelijke tijd zo mogelijk er uit te halen. Uiteraard wordt het aan elke leerling afzonderlijk aangepast aan wensen en kunnen. Dit alles in een ontspannen, positieve sfeer met humor.
Vanaf elk niveau kun je instappen, vanaf absolute beginner tot zeer vergevorderde. Voorbereiding voor toelatingsexamen tot het Conservatorium behoort ook tot de mogelijkheden.

Voor beginners maak ik gebruik van Pianoles Methoden om een goede basis te creëren. Daarnaast en daarna doen we alles wat jij leuk vindt en geef ik altijd passend advies.

Voor sommige leerlingen kan het een extra motivatie en stimulans zijn om doelen te stellen binnen een bepaalde tijdsperiode. Tijdens de lessen kunnen we dan een plan van aanpak bespreken en naar dit doel toewerken.
Dit kan ook op een officiële manier middels landelijke Piano-Examens.
Deze worden georganiseerd door EPTA (European Piano Teachers Organisation).
Vanwege mijn lidmaatschap is het mogelijk voor leerlingen hieraan deel te nemen!

Door mijn lidmaatschap bij Epta Nederland (European Piano Teachers Association) blijf ik up-to-date van alle ontwikkelingen op gebied van pianolessen.

Hello! My name is Alberto. I am a clarinet player who graduated from Codarts University of the Arts (Rotterdam). I am specialized in Classical Music, though I can teach also Jazz in a beginner to intermediate level.

I have always had a deep interest in chamber music, teaching and improvisation and I would like to be able to show you this passion.
The focus of my lessons is to show the possibilities of music, adapting to the student needs, going from clarinet technique to theory, other styles of music such us Klezmer, Jazz, basic piano, as well as learning how to play the bass clarinet.

Ik ben een professionele klassieke pianist, begeleider, maker en componist met een bachelordiploma van het Conservatorium van Amsterdam en een masterdiploma van het Koninklijk Conservatorium in Den Haag. Al 7 jaar geef ik les aan studenten van alle niveaus tussen de 5 en 60 jaar oud.

De lessen zijn gebaseerd op uw niveau, interesses en doelen. Samen kunnen we uitzoeken of je meer van klassiek repertoire houdt, of dat je je favoriete popmuziek wilt spelen, een mooie soundtrack van een film die je leuk vindt of nieuwe stukken wilt componeren/improviseren. Met mijn ervaring in het lesgeven van verschillende genres, help ik je de muziek te ontdekken die je leuk vindt.

De centrale pijlers waar ik altijd mee werk zijn techniek en creativiteit, die veel meer met elkaar verbonden zijn dan je zou verwachten! Terwijl we verder gaan, introduceer ik ook de basis (of dieper, als je geïnteresseerd bent) van muziektheorie om te leren communiceren met elkaar in muzikale termen (akkoorden, toetsen, partituur lezen, etc.). En bovenal is het doel om te genieten en plezier te hebben!

Hallo, ik ben Sacha! Ik ben een vioolleraar uit Tenerife (Canarische Eilanden, Spanje).

Momenteel ben ik viooldocent bij Strijkdomein, Gelderlanschool, Vuurvlinder en Het Klooster (Woerden). Ik werk ook als studie-coach bij Jong Talent in Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag.

Ik heb mijn Bachelor of Music als violist behaald aan de Alfonso X El Sabio Universiteit (Madrid). Later heb ik de opleiding tot violist en docent voortgezet in Bloomington (Indiana) onder leiding van Mauricio Fuks gedurende 3 jaar. Onlangs heb ik mijn masterdiploma behaald aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium in Den Haag, onder leiding van Ilona Sieh Dhian Ho.

Mijn vioollessen bij Apprentus zijn bedoeld om plezier te hebben in het muziek maken en tegelijkertijd beter te worden in het bespelen van dit prachtige instrument! Iedereen, alle niveaus en leeftijden zijn welkom bij mijn lessen! Ik zie mezelf als een flexibele en geïnteresseerde viooldocent die luistert naar de behoeften van elk van zijn leerlingen en wat zij muzikaal interessant vinden. Wat mijn vioolmethodiek betreft, werk ik met de lesmethoden van Suzuki en Galamian, die ik combineer met een breed spectrum aan vioolstukken die geleidelijk worden opgebouwd van beginners tot meer gevorderde spelers. Ik ben een professionele klassieke gitarist en luitist met vele jaren ervaring in lesgeven. Ik stem mijn lessen af op de behoeften en interesses van mijn studenten. Dit kan betekenen dat ik een jonge klassieke gitarist opleid voor een professionele carrière, een beginner leer zijn of haar favoriete popnummer te spelen, of iets daartussenin! Leren luit, mandoline of ukelele spelen zijn andere mogelijkheden, of misschien iemands kennis van muziektheorie verbeteren. Ik heb een achtergrond in elektrische gitaar, elektrische bas en traditionele Ierse muziek. Wat de stijl of het instrument ook is, ik streef er altijd naar om de basisprincipes van techniek en muzikaliteit over te brengen of te versterken.

Welcome to my profile. I am Rui and I teach piano. The piano is known as the most complete musical instrument of all. This is because when playing it we can get all kinds of characters and sounds: very deep basses or super soft high notes; delicate melodies or dense harmonies (almost like an orchestra sometimes). This is one of the reasons why I love to play the piano, its versatility adapts to my everyday mood.
I would love to show you the wonders we can create with this amazing instrument!

Lessons
Every student is different, and by saying this I mean that I prepare every lesson specifically for each student. Some might be more shy, others might need more time to acknowledge some questions.
I believe that music (much like everything else) should be taught with patience and motivation.
You shouldn’t feel like you’re going against time, it should be the opposite. As a teacher, I always give priority to your motivation and excitement regarding the lesson’s activity. If I see that a student is not enjoying the lesson I have to improvise and turn it around.

When teaching, the most important thing for me is that you learn while having fun.
I have already some years of experience in giving piano lessons to people of all ages. I adapt the lesson content for every student individually, and I always give them the freedom to follow their musical taste and instincts. I also give a lot of focus to creativity and improvisation.
At the end of the lesson, I usually save a few minutes for the student to decide what he/she wants to do: maybe a little 4-hand improvisation, or maybe play a piece they have already learned and that they enjoy playing.

About me
Most of my studies and experience as a teacher took place in Portugal. I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Piano Performance in 2020.
I moved to The Netherlands in 2020 to attend the Master Program in Classical Piano Performance in the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague.
My academic studies were built on classical music but I also have some experience in pop and rock music.

Durante mi formación de Licenciatura en Trompa Clásica me he formado en diferentes técnicas de habilidades educativas así como en la enseñanza de conjuntos y dirección básica.
Además de las clases de trompa, también puedo enseñar teoría musical y conocimientos básicos de piano.

Soy muy flexible con los horarios de las lecciones, por lo que llegar a un punto común no debería ser muy difícil.

I give violin lessons from any level and age (3 or more years old), in a pleasant, productive, and interesting way. I am very familiar with the Suzuki teaching method. If you are not familiar with it, I recommend you to have a quick look at it on the internet, or any other source of information. I can also offer classes in music theory (tonalities, harmony, scales, intervals...etc) and musical language (rhythm, intonation). I'm a professional violinist.

- In a very calm and friendly environment, the classes are organized and planned according to the students' goals/wishes. As someone who was classically trained from age 6 to 18, I believe this is very important for the students well being.

- If you want to improve your piano technique while also enjoying the lesson and having a sense of improvement every week, then these lessons are for you.

- My classes are for everyone that wants t play anything on the piano. Be it jazz, classical, pop, etc... Also, as a composer and pianist, I will give you a different point of view from other piano teachers.

Hello everyone, I'm Enrico and I come from Italy. Right now I am in Utrecht where I am doing a master's degree in cello under the guidance of Timora Rosler.
During my years of studies I always had the possibility to teach music, in fact while I was doing my Bachelor in Italy at the Conservatory of Turin, I taught cello and music theory in a private music school called "Isla de Musiqueros", in this school I had the opportunity to teach people of all ages, including children under 4 years old.
When I moved to the Netherlands little by little I started to find students and many many concerts.

I believe that playing is the best way to have fun and express your emotions, the work I want to do is work on tensions and try to help you melt away while playing, in this way you can have more sound and feel more free.
Technique is also very important in the everyday life of a musician, together we can see the best exercises for you, to help you improve and have more confidence with the instrument.

I like to give students freedom so that they can develop their own knowledge as they learn.
I like to give dynamic lessons in which students can actively participate, and I also participate, for example, by playing the horn with them or doing exercises that make the lessons more enjoyable.

During my studies, I practised posture and relaxation techniques for musicians, something that I also consider important.
