With over 7 years of teaching experience and specialized knowledge in Hatha and Iyengar yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness, I will guide you through a personalized session tailored to your body's unique needs.

This class is suitable for all trimesters and is designed for expecting mothers who want to stay active, relieve discomfort, and prepare both physically and mentally for childbirth. No prior yoga experience is needed!

A yoga mat
A pillow or bolster for extra support
A chair or wall (if needed for stability)
Comfortable, breathable clothing
A bottle of water to stay hydrated

Prenatal yoga is adapted to your body’s needs, focusing on gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation while avoiding poses that might strain your body. I will guide you through safe, effective exercises to support your pregnancy journey.

Every pregnancy is unique! Before our session, I’ll take time to understand your specific needs, concerns, and any physical discomforts you may have. This ensures that you receive a practice tailored just for you.

My name is Kristina and yoga is not just my profession—it is my way of life. My journey began as a search for balance and self-discovery, leading me to study yoga in its purest form. I trained in India, completing a 500-hour teacher training at Akshiyogashala in Rishikesh, and I hold a certification from the International Yoga Federation. Over the years, I have immersed myself in Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork, blending traditional wisdom with modern science.

Beyond movement, my passion lies in understanding the body and mind—not just through yoga, but also through my studies in Ayurvedic pharmacy in Thailand, where I deepened my knowledge of holistic healing. This has given me a unique perspective on how breath, movement, and energy influence our well-being.

In my teaching, I focus on precision, awareness, and transformation. I don’t simply guide people through poses—I help them reconnect with themselves. I currently teach private and group sessions in Belgium, tailoring each class to the individual’s needs. My approach is intuitive yet structured, challenging yet deeply nurturing. I create a space where students feel supported, strong, and truly seen.

Now, I am looking to expand my expertise even further. This apprenticeship aligns with my desire to continue evolving—both as a teacher and a student. I believe in lifelong learning, and I am eager to refine my skills, absorb new knowledge, and contribute my experience in a meaningful way.

I give private or group lessons for beginners who want to try and get in touch with yoga. Intermediates are also always welcome.

My domain is Traditional Hatha-Yoga, Vinyasa-Yoga, Yoga-nidra, Pranayama (Breathing practices) classes, Relaxation and Meditation.

Сlasses help both physically and psychologically rejuvenate, your body will become flexible, has a positive effect on metabolism, thereby helping the body to get rid of extra pounds, strengthens the back, helps to fight stress, sometimes it can be an excellent pain reliever, improves mood.

With my classes I want to pass on the basics of yoga (breathing and right positions) to the people. With my experiences I want to that you guys take over the positive energy from myself and from each others, present in these relaxed, dynamic or whatever mood we have in these classes. Go with the flow!
Afterwards I want that my pupils will feel fresh and new in mind and body, will refind some calmness and are getting a clear mind.

Also people who have a hard day at work or who have a desk job these classes will give you the exercises you need.

With other words: yoga for everybody in a nice ambiance. Physical and mental health makes us happy

Anyone at any age can practice yoga. It will be useful to everyone. But you need to have perseverance, curiosity and patience to learn all this multifaceted art.
