I have more than 10 years teaching experience in America and Japan.
I currently offer piano lessons for international students in Tokyo, Japan. Mainly in Azabu,Hiroo,
Roppongi area.

The lesson style is In-Home lesson.
I will come to student's place.
If I can help to raise students' independence or help them think by themselves, it would make me happy.
I especially focus on how to have fun practicing the piano and provide strategies for making it a natural part of life.

I am a professional pianist, who have over 20 years experience in teaching piano and music theory.

I teach all ages, beginners to professionals, have many international students, and a class for Associations Franco-Japonais (AFJ), in English, French, and Japanese.

I also prepare students for exams or competitions, such as Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM, ARSM, DipABRSM), and Advanced Placement (AP) Music Theory, etc., and most of my students have achieved with distinction.

In my class, considering capabilities of each student, we will work and find together what is the best way for them to enjoy music, based on technical assurance and control, matching musical interpretation, communication, and delivery.

Teaching locations will be at a lesson studio in west Tokyo (Kamishakujii), student’s home, or online. Group lessons are able only for music theory at student’s home or online.
Hybrid lessons (combining face-to-face and online lessons) are also capable.
