Yoga is much deeper than what is often portrayed on social media. Its roots can be traced back to the ancient Rig Veda texts, where "Yoga" means to yoke or unite with the divine wisdom of the universe. According to the philosophy of the Yoga Sutras, yoga is about concentration and is a comprehensive science that addresses the entire individual: body, mind, intellect, and consciousness.
We'll focus on a personalized approach tailored just for you! You'll have my full attention as we work together to restore your ability to breathe, relax, and rejuvenate through various asanas, kriyas, mudras, and pranayama techniques. After our practice, you'll feel revitalized, and these positive sensations will enhance your daily life.

I also teach internationally, catering to both business organizations and individual clients. In addition to Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Himalayan, and Iyengar yoga, I adapt my teaching to meet your needs.
