Dance is not only good for your physical body, it is good for your spirit and social life too. As you dance, you exercise therefore get healthier; you improve your motor skills; and last but not least boost your self-confidence.

Here, you will learn the basic techniques of ballet, salsa and merengue. We will be creating new pieces that improve your movement, skill and also boost your confidence.
