I am a fully qualified & insured RAD ballet teacher with over 20 years experience in the field. I offer one to one ballet classes specifically curated to suit your individual needs.

If ballet isn’t your thing I also have created a very successful barre fitness workout that targets cardio vascular fitness in a low impact and controlled way.

For those looking for a more specific workout I am a qualified Les Mills Shspes teacher. Shapes is a low impact hybrid exercise class that incorporates elements of barre, pilates and power yoga.

I offer my classes through Zoom so be sure to have the app downloaded on your device. A yoga mat is helpful but not essential and enough space to move your arms and legs around you.
