Yoga Classes for Beginners and Intermediate levels

Yoga is a powerful tool we can all use to better our lives by becoming more aware by using the breath work and synchronised movement.

Yoga changed my life in so many aspects from awareness to health, food, body and mind and I’m hoping to do the same. To open up people to a new way of living that will change their lives forever.

I have practiced yoga for the past 4 years where I discovered it in Barcelona as I had a broken jaw injury and I couldn’t imagine my life without it.

Join me Mia in these classes where I will be hoping to bring some more awareness to your self and surroundings by using yoga.
We will be doing a range from Vinyasa, Hatha and Kundalini which all levels are welcome and the elderly!

Classes will be held open air In Hoeilaart park or the Forest.

My name is Mia.
I’m from England but spent most of my life living in spain.
My passion is yoga as it changed my life so dramatically in all aspects so I’m hoping to do the same to others and inspire people to see another way!

My hobbies entail being in nature, moving my body like cycling walking , eating wholesome healthy nutritious food and travelling to the ends of the world.

I have spent the last 5 years of my life travelling around the world visiting beautiful places and connecting with beautiful people.

I competed my A levels in chancellors school to then go to Hertford regional college in 2013 where I studied tourism and aviation for 2 years in the United Kingdom. Then done my YTT in 2020 in Goa.
Erfahrung / Qualifikationen
I have practiced yoga for 4 years now and have completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in India Goa in Vinyasa, hatha and kundalini.
