My tutoring sessions are designed for advanced school students who want to explore literature more deeply and improve their writing and analysis skills. I can offer the support needed to excel at school work and exams, paying close attention to acquiring high grades, or I can offer a tailored approach that responds to the interests of the student, encouraging their love for the subject. The most important things we'll focus on are building up the student's confidence, and strengthening their ability to express their ideas clearly.

I'm a student myself, at King's College London, taking an MA called Modernist Literature and Culture; born and raised in London. I'm very experienced in private tutoring, and believe I can help students achieve their very best. Deeply committed to education and learning, I want all my students to shine.

Education

I received my BA at King's College London, where I excelled with a first class with Honours. I'm currently taking an MA.

My own schooling was a mix of conventional and less-conventional methods, so I have a lot of first hand experience of what it is like to be a student of different styes of teaching. Therefore, I can be quite flexible, and meet the student where they are at.

I am a tutor of Italian and English as a foreign/second language. I had the opportunity to teach in different contexts with multicultural groups of students from many countries and backgrounds. I am currently teaching Italian to individual students and corporate clients with different language requirements and purposes. I have also conducted a preparation course for Italian GCSE and A level exams in London.

I teach to all levels and ages using a communicative and student-centred approach. My lessons are very interactive and focused on real life and cultural situations.

I have always loved exchanging and passing on what I have learned. My mother being a German teacher, I have always been immersed in the world of education. I started tutoring when I was in high school, and I still do today.

My journey :
- Mention Very Good at the ES baccalaureate
- Studied Sociology and Political Science at the University of Geneva
- History and Spanish studies at the London School of Economics (LSE), First Class Honours.

I help academically and psychologically students in History-Geography, SES and English. I explain the course in detail (if necessary), and we work on the methodology for each event, the organization and the planning of the work to be done. I can also follow your child in other subjects for the smallest classes.

For example, I worked with two students in great difficulty (general average around 7-8 out of 20), and the latter obtained their baccalaureate, one of them with honors.
I also worked with another student the previous year, who obtained the mention Very Good (with 19/20 in SES).
