I am offering Swimming Lessons for any experience level and age. As a competitive swimmer for the past 18 years, I have competed in 2 FINA World Cups, 3 years of NCAA College Swimming, and successfully crossed the English Channel.

I have experience in both pool and open-water swimming. Whether you are looking to refine your technique, work on your fitness, or simply enjoy more time in the water, you are in the right place.

Did you know that if you want to increase your endurance and motor skills, 20 minutes of swimming equals 1 hour of jogging!

So why deprive yourself, you work all your muscles, without stress, in the water your body is ideally supported and you also gain faster recovery after exercise.
