In the courses you will gradually discover how each of the techniques act on the level of human physiology and why they result in physical well-being, stability, better ability of concentration, management of stress and emotions.
Private lessons are the ideal formula for tailor-made work. You will be able to set goals with your teacher to make you progress at your own pace and according to your goals.
