As a teacher, I have experiences in creating engaging online classroom activities. My systematic approach to development allows me to easily adapt to students need and establish the learning experience needed for the individual student. For instance, where some students very much enjoy a more rigid, book-based experience, others prefer the same class given with a PowerPoint style class.
I am comfortable working in a remote position and understand the importance of student evaluation, especially for those who are online. I am flexible and available to attend relevant team meetings, when required. This includes taking time outside of the working hours to correct any homework, or address questions students might have.
