Either working on the fundamentals of bass or guitar, left/right hand techniques, a specific song or even developing a more advanced playing, I always strive to bring insight and enjoyment over our music practice, I believe this is essential to connect with our creativity in a practical way, and massively improve our playing.
Normally, a lesson would be part of a cycle of lessons, involving a strategy specially adapted to the student’s needs, in that sense, we will work towards the music you are into, and grow in specific areas of your music practice and playing.

Hello! My name is José and I am a professional bass player from Santiago, Chile. As a Latin-American musician I grew up immersed in a wide range of styles and rhythms, listening to music coming from the US and Europe, as well as all the local music from the continent. In this way, I developed myself through playing diverse styles such as jazz, rock, pop, funk, hip-hop, samba and salsa. Being versatile has given me the opportunity to play with people from different cultures and, regardless of the styles I have played, there is always this magic and thrill that brings me tremendous joy when playing my instrument, this is something I love about music and that I feel passionate to transmit when teaching music to my students.
