Hello there! I'm Lilian, and I'm here to share my love for the oboe with learners of all ages. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your skills, I've got your back. I believe a good technique is fundamental and can make you enjoy playing music more, and together with that comes development of a person's musicality, I can help you develop both a good technique and a your musicality so that you can achieve a nice musical expression. To stay organized and cover all the essentials, I like to split the lesson in parts, depending on your skill level of course. In a lesson of one hour we can cover theoretical music skills, breath work, reed exercises, etudes and technical exercises and pieces. We can also play duos together! Because I have a lot of experience making reeds, I can make and adjust your reeds to your maximal comfort. Life can get hectic, so I'm all about flexibility. We can find a time during the week that works for both of us, and we'll make sure our lessons fit seamlessly into your schedule.
