My name is Afrika and I'm a level 5 TEFL certified English tutor. I have a diverse history of working with people of all ages. Most notably, my previous job as an anti-racist participation coordinator for Intercultural Youth Scotland, where I devised and ran both lessons and workshops for young people aged 13-24. I'm TEFL certified, and my training has enabled me to create lessons for various levels from pre-intermediate to advanced that cover speaking, listening, reading and writing. I am confident in making effective materials and resources tailored to my student's interests to ensure that learning English is as engaging as possible.
