Hi !
I am in a master's degree in molecular and cellular biology and I offer you the choice of maths, chemistry and biology courses: I know a lot in the field so do not hesitate to ask myself questions I would be delighted to be able to t 'to help ! Experiencia / Calificaciones
In biology:
- Genetics internship in L3: I had to carry out our own research project around Drosophila for 2 weeks in the laboratory and in autonomy (techniques used: genomic extraction, PCR, RT-PCR, electrophoresis on agarose gel, dissection , immunofluorescence).
- Learning of many techniques in licensed practicals: dosage of sugars, lipid extraction and identification, titration and separation of amino acids, DNA extraction on plant tissues, spectrophotometric dosage, electrophoresis, chromatography, oxygenography, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, manual manipulations ovo (chicken embryos), determination of optimum pH, purifications, cytological and cytochemical stains, fractional distillation, vacuum filtration, liquid-liquid extraction, statistical tests.
In piano:
- Training at the Belley Conservatory for 11 years, in piano and music theory.
- I had the chance to learn to play many different types of music: classical, modern, jazz, waltz, mazurka, sonata, impromptu, fantasy, blues, pop, Celtic music, oriental music etc ...
