Je prépare mes cours de langue avec soin et en considérant les besoins de chacun de mes élèves. Ce qui est le plus important est que vous vous sentiez à l'aise et bien compris. Au début du cours, nous parlerons de vos objectifs, vos raisons de prendre ce cours et vos attentes pour que je puisse vous aider dans le domaine que vous souhaitez améliorer.
À mon avis, la meilleure façon d'apprendre une langue est de la pratiquer. C'est comme ça que j'ai appris l'anglais moi-même et aussi le français.
Néanmoins, selon votre niveau et vos besoins, nous allons bien sûr aussi travailler la grammaire ou faire des lectures de textes. En l'ayant étudié à l'école, je sais à quel point les méthodes traditionnelles d'enseigner la grammaire anglaise peuvent être fatigantes. Dans mes cours, vous ne ressentirez jamais la fatigue ou l'énervement en apprenant cette langue, car j'utilise des méthodes plus pratiques et plus vivantes. Elles vont vous motiver et vous donner envie d'apprendre l'anglais

My name is Miriam, I'm originally from the north of Germany but live in France now. A couple things I love: the mountains, the sea, hiking, reading, good food and good company :)
I first started out teaching in university as a side hustle and realised that I accidentally found my passion - lucky me haha! What I love most about language tutoring are these 3 things:
1. I get to talk to people all the time and meet so many new people along the way which simply is the best thing ever
2. Languages are simply fun and even more fun when you get to discover them with your students
3. There is no better feeling than a student being happy with their progress or even achieving a goal ! My job is literally to make people happy - isn't that cool? I find it cool at least

Opleiding
After school, I did my Bachelor of Science in Economics and Law at the University of Münster. I started a Master's program at Sorbonne in Paris last year but decided very early to focus more on teaching instead.

I have been teaching languages for 3,5 years privately and in class. Earlier this year I did my CELTA which makes me a Cambridge certified English Tutor
