Mon nom est Thiziri, et je suis passionnée par la musique depuis aussi longtemps que je me souvienne. J'ai acquis une solide expérience en chant et j'ai eu le privilège de partager ma passion avec des élèves de tous niveaux et de tous horizons. Mon objectif en tant qu'enseignante de chant est simple : vous aider à découvrir votre voix, à la développer et à la faire résonner avec confiance.

Ma méthode pédagogique repose sur les principes suivants :

Approche personnalisée : Chaque élève est unique, avec ses propres forces et défis. Je m'engage à comprendre vos besoins et à adapter mon enseignement en conséquence.

Technique vocale solide : Nous travaillerons ensemble sur les bases essentielles de la technique vocale, telles que la respiration, la posture et la projection de la voix.

Répertoire varié : Nous explorerons un large éventail de styles musicaux pour que vous puissiez développer une polyvalence artistique.

Confiance en soi : Je vous aiderai à surmonter le trac et à renforcer votre confiance en vous en tant que chanteur(euse).

Plaisir et passion : La musique doit être une source de joie. J'encourage la créativité et la passion dans chaque leçon.

Je suis convaincue que le chant peut être une expérience transformante, que ce soit en tant que moyen d'expression personnelle ou en vue d'une carrière artistique. En travaillant ensemble, nous atteindrons les objectifs que vous avez toujours souhaité réaliser.

My name is Egita and I am a professional singer and vocal teacher. I began my musical studies in Riga, Latvia at the age of 9.
In 2006 I completed studies as a choral conductor and entered Jazeps Vitols Latvian Academy of music in classical singing and teaching department.
In 2010 I achieved bachelor in classical singing and also a professional qualification as a singing teacher.
In same year I started my voice studies in Conservatorium Maastricht with prof. Axel Everaert.
In 2014 I finished Master in Classical singing and Master in Opera singing.
During my studies in Riga, Latvia, I have worked as a singing teacher in Vidzemes Jurmalas music and art school, as well teached private students.
Also when I came to Maastricht, during my development as a professional singer, I kept teaching singing.
I regularly participate in various courses, masterclasses and festivals, and I have an active performance schedule.

Hello,

My name is Irina and I have been working as a professional opera singer and a singing teacher for over ten years. I recently moved from London to Maastricht where I live now with my husband and our 5 year old son.

I studied at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester and the Royal Academy of Music in London. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Opera, which is the highest qualification level (Level 8) in the UK Qualifications Framework. I performed in many prestigious venues in the UK, including Royal Albert Hall, Glyndebourne Festival Opera, Barbican, and St.Martin-in-the-Fields. I worked with Nelly Miricioiu, Jane Glover, Vladimir Jurowski, Robin Ticciati, Stéphane Denève, and many other renowned coaches and conductors.

I am currently part of the Limburg Education Tour project 'Weltatem', which is a collaboration between Het Geluid Maastricht (Romy Roelofsen and Gable Roelofsen) and Kirsten Schötteldreier.

Alongside my performing career, I also have been teaching singing. I am very passionate about teaching and I believe that music, whether it is listening to a concert, playing the guitar, or singing in the shower, is good for both our mental and physical well-being. It helps us to become more self-confident, find out more about how we can use our whole body as an instrument, to express and channel our feelings, and also to relax. It is never too early or late to start. Whatever your ability, aspiration, and age is, I am happy to explore with you both classical music and musical theatre. If you can learn how to use your voice properly you will be able to sing whatever and however, you want!

For children, I do not only teach singing but also beginners piano and basic music theory. It is very important to introduce music to the little ones from a very early age. And there are so many fun ways to learn. We discover and become little musicians through games, songs, dancing, movement, and acting.

Finally, I can offer Russian language coaching for both amateur and professional singers. Before pursuing my dream of becoming an opera singer, I graduated with a Master’s degree in Linguistics and Translation from Voronezh State University in my home city. As a result, throughout my singing and teaching career, I have also been asked to work as a Russian language coach and repertoire coach on many occasions.
