I am an Englishman, living in Kruibeke near Antwerp, Belgium. My approach to learning is that it has to be fun and entertaining as well as instructive. The courses I deliver are designed for everyone. The Human Body is an incredibly complex and fascinating piece of craftsmanship, it is designed to help and heal us; if only we gave it the space to do so.

Austin is an experienced lecturer and teacher in human biochemistry with particular focus on the Stress response and resulting problems such as Burnout, Depression and Toxicity.
He is a bodywork trainer and author of several books, as well as an experienced fascial bodywork practitioner of 20 years who specialises in Frozen Shoulder, Whiplash and Migraine resolution using Bowen Technique. He has also worked with Matt Hudson over the last 10 years on the cutting edge of Behavioural Change and Undiagnosed Trauma, which began with BodyMindWork and has resulted in a new field of research on the study of Emotional Memory Images (EMI) resulting in the development of Split Second Unlearning.
He was also one of a select group that had the privilege of taking part in the first of a series of ground breaking human dissections in the field of Fascia that began in 2007 held at St. Georges Hospital Medical School and Imperial College London.
The discoveries made at these events catapulted the world of human anatomy into uncharted territory and was the catalyst for Austin’s own journey of discovery and learning, having worked alongside some of the key anatomists and researchers in the field of Fascia such as Professor Robert Schleip, Tom Myers and Julian Baker.

I've been consuming science from every source, any area since the day I can remember. I know there is an incredible amount of false or misleading information even from scientific papers. I've been a fighter most of all. I've started at the age of 6 in Judo. I've done Kempo, Taekwondo then I ended on Muay Thai, which is Thaibox and basically the same as Kickbox but with extra knees and elbows. I've most experience in this sport as a student AND coach. I still use this for my cardio training next to my weightlifting.
