I am an incoming student at the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting, where I will be studying English and Chinese.
I am already quite familiar with English, as I use it on a daily basis. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to go on an immersion trip to England, which allowed me to work on my pronunciation and develop my vocabulary.
I also have Spanish-speaking people around me, which has helped me improve my vocabulary and fluency in that language.
I try to adapt as much as possible to the student's needs as well as the teaching method that works best for them. Everyone is different, and so are learning styles. I will discuss the student's preferences with them to tailor the lessons, helping them view English, French, or Spanish in a positive light.
Je suis une future étudiante de la faculté de traduction et interprétation où je travaillerai l'anglais et le chinois.
Je suis déjà assez familiarisée avec la langue anglaise, communiquant quotidiennement avec celle-ci. De plus, j'ai eu la chance de partir en voyage d'immersion en Angleterre, voyage qui m'a permis de travailler ma prononciation et d'enrichir mon vocabulaire.
Ayant également de l'entourage parlant espagnol j'ai pu grâce à cela, m'améliorer d'un point de vue vocabulaire et fluidité.
J'essaie de m'adapter au maximum aux besoins de l'élève et à la méthode qui fonctionnerait le mieux pour lui. Chacun de nous est différent, comme le sont les méthodes d'apprentissage. Je verrai alors avec l'élève ce qu'il aime pour adapter le cours afin qu'il voie l'anglais, le français ou l'espagnol comme du positif.
