My name is Michelle, I am a California native that has been teaching ESL for 9 years now. I began working in Spain in an elementary school prior to 2020. After 2020, I decided it would be best to branch out on my own and I have been teaching private one-on-one English lessones ever since. I have experience teaching Spanish and Korean students and I am so excited to be teaching here in Switzerland! Based on my 13 years of experience, I think that A1 level is a very important period in language learning. When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file. After our lessons, I send you back all the additional notes and exercises that we covered in our lesson as a Word file.
