I'm a French engineering student currently in Melbourne for an internship, and I am looking to give tutoring lessons.
I'm in my last year of engineering school which is the equivalent of a masters degree. I studied at École Polytechnique which is France's best engineering school.
I can give Math, Physics and Chemistry lessons for high school students.

Hi, my name is Alex, I come from France and I am currently in Melbourne for a 4 months internship.
I lived 8 years abroad and I am fluent in english so you don't have to worry about the french accent ;)

- Preparatory class - Lycée Thiers (Marseille) - Intensive program in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry after high school in preparation for the entrance exam to the French Grandes Écoles
- French Baccalaureate with high honours

Erfahrung / Qualifikationen

I have taught academic support to some of my classmates when I was in Preparatory class, I found it really interesting and that it helped me almost as much as it helped them. That is how I started teaching, I really liked it and I am now giving tutoring lessons :)

My teaching style is student-centered: we focus on the questions you bring and the material provided by your teacher, which I can explain, clarify and expand upon if desired. I can also provide additional learning materials, exercises, and practice problems to help you strengthen and apply what you’ve learned.

To get the most out of the lessons, it’s a good idea to find a way to capture and share what you’re writing. My approach is about helping you through problems and developing problem-solving strategies together, not just lecturing for an hour.

I mainly work with secondary school students (Years 7–12) and first-year university students. Whether you’re preparing for exams (ATAR, VCE, HSC), need help with challenging topics, or want to improve your overall understanding, I can provide tailored lessons to meet your goals.
