Italian language for absolute beginners is a course that provides the basis of the Italian language in terms of grammar and vocabulary, allowing the participants to familiarize with sounds and words. The idea is to give the students the possibility to communicate basic needs and ask basic questions during a trip and to be able to introduce themselves and have simple conversations with locals.

Italian for intermediate is a course for people who already have a knowledge of Italian grammar and vocabulary. The main purpose is to focus on intermediate grammar and vocabulary and give the students the possibility to be able to talk about different topics and to express opinion and preferences. The course introduces some cultural aspects.

Advanced Italian is for those students who have an intermediate level and want to be fluent and able to talk about any kind of topic with a rich vocabulary and correct grammar. The course also includes culture, art and geography.

Hej, my name is Fabian and I am an 22 year old exchange student from Germany (Hamburg) studying video-journalism at the DMJX during the winter semester 2020. German is my mother tongue, but I learned English (C1), French (C1) and Latin at school. Spending the summers in Sweden since I was born and working there at a campsite, I learned Swedish (B1), too. I started giving extra lessons for kids and teenagers (in German, English, French, Latin and maths) when I was 14 years old and worked as a tutor at my school and during my bachelor-studies at the LMU in Munich at a high school for three years. During another ERASMUS in Paris I helped two boys (14 and 16 years old) to improve their German. To increase my pocket money during the semester and to learn a bit about the Danish culture at the same time, I offer German lessons for beginners and advanced students. I have a deep interest in teaching my language in a fun way, using different media, for example: through informal conversation, and also in more creative ways such as reviewing novels/short stories, music, or creating artwork. I'm currently living in Aarhus to study for a master's degree at Aarhus University.
