Special bollywood classes for house wives and old age people. The classes will help you to improve your stamina and help you to grow your personality and you will be able to perform with full confidence.

La danse orientale Raqs Sharqi (le terme « danse du ventre » est considéré comme réducteur, il a été donné à l’époque de Napoléon en Égypte, sachant que Raqs Sahrqui signifie en Egypte même « danse orientale ») est originaire d’Égypte et est surtout présente au Proche-Orient et au Maghreb; elle est dansée essentiellement par des femmes et s’est développée dans le monde entier.
La danse tonifie le corps et muscle le dos et vous laisse de bonne humeur.

I’ve been doing gymnastics for 8 years now , flexibility is my thing since I won many competitions in rhythmic gymnastics , played with the Moroccan national team and won the Moroccan championship in 2019 .

Rhythmic gymnasts are very known by their amazing flexibility and body control , they have some of the best tips and exercises to improve flexibility .

So if you want to become flexible ,
learn how to do the split or something else , or simply feel better in your body this course can help you a lot !!

I am Hend a dance instructor from Egypt, I teach bellydance and was an assistant instructor for salsa dancing in Latin love studios in Egypt.

I am keen on presenting a tailored workshop specifically designed for a non-Arabic demographic.
