I started my career as an English language teacher in 2008 and soon became very passionate about language learning and teaching. This culminated in a Masters degree in second-language acquisition and a CELTA Certificate from Dundee College. I specialised in Trinity and Cambridge exams and also in conversational English for practical and everyday use.

After many years overseas, both teaching and examining English, I have returned to Spain and am available to share my extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of English. I currently work as an Aviation teacher in a school in Alicante where I have taught for some years.

My teaching approach is student-centred and communicative, where learning is a positive experience in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. All my students are encouraged to speak as much as possible to increase fluency. Professionalism, patience and a good sense of humour guaranteed!

Hello students!

Our lessons are adapted to your needs. We can focus on basic grammar and vocabulary, or start from scratch. On the other hand, we can also work together to prepare for official exams and deal with more complicated situations. During our lessons we will mainly use online resources, personalized activities and powerpoint. You will get some homework every lesson, so that you can further internalize what we have seen in class. The lessons can last 1 to 2 hours, depending on personal preference and availability. They are held once or twice a week.
