Englisch gilt als internationale Sprache und jenen, die sie beherrschen, öffnen sich oft dadurch Türen, die ansonsten geschlossen wären - das ist etwas, dass oft in Antwort auf die Frage "Warum sollte ich Englisch lernen?" zu hören ist. Jedoch ist das nicht alles, denn abgesehen von diesem Vorteil macht es auch einfach Spaß eine neue Sprache zu lernen und den eigenen Wissenshorizont zu erweitern. Sprachenlernen bedeutet nicht nur sich Grammatik, Zeichensetzungsregeln und Vokabeln einprägen, sondern auch die entsprechenden Kulturen entdecken, von deren Geschichte und Literatur bis hin zu deren Film- und Musikwelt. Mit anderen Worten - Spaß beim Lernen ist im Unterricht hier nicht nur möglich, sondern beinahe garantiert. ;)

Hallo, mein Name ist Michaela und ich biete Nachhilfe in Englisch, Geschichte und Kreatives Schreiben an.

Ich bin trilingual aufgewachsen und habe schon seit der frühen Kindheit ein großes Interesse am Englisch gehabt. Im Laufe der Jahre wuchs dieses Interesse und, kombiniert mit meiner Freude am Lesen, führte es schlussendlich dazu, dass das Schreiben von Kurzgeschichten und Poesie auf Englisch zu einer meiner Leidenschaften wurde. Inzwischen beherrsche ich Englisch auf Muttersprachenniveau und verwende es jeden Tag.

Ich habe in Österreich, Frankreich und Bulgarien gelebt und bin über die Jahre viel gereist. Durch das umfangreiche Reisen habe ich viele Menschen und Kulturen kennenlernen können, was wesentlich zu meiner Entscheidung, Soziologie an der Uni Wien zu studieren, beigetragen hat.

Es sind nicht nur Menschen, die mich interessieren - ich finde Geschichte, Tiere (insbesondere Katzen) und die Schönheit der Natur genauso faszinierend. Orte, wo zugleich die Natur und Geschichte bewundert werden können, stehen hoch auf meiner Liste von Wunschreiseziele, z.B. die Pyramiden von Gizeh, der Tempel der Sonne in Peru und die Chureito Pagoda in Japan.

Geschichte interessant gemacht - Langeweile adieu! ;)

Geschichte ist ein Fach, dass in Schulen leider öfters etwas trocken und langweilig dargestellt wird - und dabei ist Geschichte so viel mehr als irgendwelche Karten, Verträge oder Auszüge von Aufzeichnungen: es ist ein Einblick in die Vergangenheit und Entwicklung der Menschheit, eine Antwort auf die Frage "Wieso ist die Welt heute wie sie ist?". Geschichte ist ein Thema, welches genauso spannend und interessant sein kann wie ein Film! Hier beim Unterricht haben trockene Fakten keinen Platz, denn wir werden tief reintauchen und die Geschichte zum Leben bringen. ;)

Geschichte wird auch auf Englisch angeboten.

Creative Writing 101 - lass uns Geschichten schreiben! :)

Kreatives Schreiben ist zwar kaum ein Fach, dass an Schulen angeboten wird, aber für jene, die eine große Vorstellungskraft besitzen und diese mit anderen teilen wollen, ist das der richtige Ort! Denn es benötigt mehr als einfach nur den Wunsch zum Schreiben, einen Laptop und Grammatik- und Zeichensetzungskenntnisse; die Erstellung von Figuren, Erschaffung von Welten, Aufbau der Geschichte, Auswahl der Erzählperspektive und Entwicklung des Schreibstils gehören auch zum Prozess dazu. Alles von Beschreibungen und Dialoge schreiben bis hin zur Bedeutung von Handlung wird im Unterricht besprochen und wer weiß? Vielleicht erwartet die Schüler am Ende unserer Unterrichte ein Werk, welches nur Schritte von der Veröffentlichung entfernt ist. ;)

Kreatives Schreiben wird auch auf Englisch angeboten.

When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file. After our lessons, I send you back all the additional notes and exercises that we covered in our lesson as a Word file.
