Emotional intelligence and self-improvement is impossible without an accurate sense of your emotional state, influences, and identity. Enable participants to use the four domains of emotional intelligence (EI) to strengthen relationships with others.
Enable participants to interpret emotional intelligence (EI) test results and their implications to improve interaction with others.
Enable participants to describe the strengths and weaknesses of their own EI
Enable participants to develop a personal development plan with the aim of developing and improving emotional intelligence.
Enable participants to apply skills (EI) in order to achieve maximum personal impact at professional and social levels.

This class is about to learn Islam step by step. Learning in the class will be from the Quran and the Sunnah. Islam is not a complicated religion. It's simple and logical. During the class, we can discuss issues that raise questions in our minds about Islam without any limits. you can talk freely and express your opinions and feelings toward any thought. I am here to help you to understand not to judge you.
