I am a very goal oriented person. I enjoy adding value to everyone I come in contact with. I am very patient and I believe that this is a very good attribute to have when teaching. I did my bachelors degree at The University of the West Indies (Mona Campus) . I did a double major In Entrepreneurship & Human Resource Management. I graduated with an upper second class honors.

My name is Rosa, and I'm a Spanish as a Second Language (ELE) teacher. I studied Hispanic Philology and took the "International House" course on teaching Spanish as a second language. I have experience teaching and I really enjoy it. I adapt to each student's needs, whether they need to be able to communicate, travel, take an exam, etc.
I use the communicative method, using what I have learned in a real context: ordering in a restaurant, having a conversation where the learned content is used.

Practical Creole course intended for those who wish to live/visit Haiti. The focus will be on conversation and learning everyday, useful and simple expressions. Our methodology will be based on the following three (3) pillars: Observation - Repetition - Application.
Observation: the use of images/videos will be there
Repetition: the learner will be able to internalize what he/she has observed thanks to repetition
Application: the learner will have the necessary tools and frameworks to be able to apply the knowledge acquired during the course.

The facilitator of this course has more than 5 years of experience and has taught Creole to a multicultural audience in Asia, America and Europe. So, don’t hesitate to come learn or perfect your Creole with us.
