As a facilitator, I will help your child embrace her/his power animal and create a bond with it, through the process of expressive arts to tap into internal resources.

Can teach a motivated beginner. This activity is perfect for relaxing while exercising your creativity and dexterity. Having taught my mother a lot, it is a great activity to calmly find yourself with the people you love and a good tea. Crochet is a relaxing activity for anxiety or stress.
