Requirements and functionality are defined and delivered in small quick steps in consultation with the customer. Agile Project Management has project phases and project roles that cleverly respond to each other.

But a flexible development approach - aimed at product developers - alone is not enough. During this interactive workshop I will take you into the world of Lean.

Lean is an international method that is applied within many companies. Lean has many tools and many roles.
