I'm the director of SuperMums Belgium (Fitness program for mums and their babies)

At SuperMums Belgium we have different postpartum classes:

- SuperMums: 30 minutes of low impact fitness + 30 minutes of hypopressive exercises (to recover your abs, pelvic floor and close the abdominal diastase if you have it). This class is perfect for you 6-8 weeks postpartum and if your baby is not crawling too much yet.

- WonderWomums: 30 minutes of low impact fitness with more intensity than SuperMums + 30 minutes of hypopressive exercises. This class is great for you if your baby is crawling or even walking.

-Low Pressure Fitness: 30 minutes class of hypopressive exercises: Breath and postural training while practising the abdominal vacuum. It is the best exercise to work out the pelvic floor, the core, close the abdominal diastase, and have a better and healthier posture. This class is perfect for you as of 6 weeks after giving birth until the rest of your life. Perfect if you prefer a calm sport to recover during postpartum or if you are an already recovered mum practising an other kind of sport that could damage your pelvic floor. By practising this class you will reduce all of these problems.

I am a Professional with a degree in Sports Sciences from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, Portugal with specialization in exercise prescription. Currently I am also a student of the physiotherapy course.

The goal of each session is to help you change postural behaviors and physical activity habits. The sessions are aimed at increasing functionality and quality of life, strength, muscle mass, improvements in cardiorespiratory capacity and decreased fat mass.

Sessions are always scheduled according to the availability of each person and may be held ay my training place or outdoors (City Park for Example), subject to availability and preference.

I also regularly give initiation or improvement courses and coaching / fitness (postures, sequences, breathing, meditations).

My methodology is flexible and adaptable, depending on the level, needs and desires of the student (s). The goal for me is above all to combine work / progress and fun.

Decreasing group rate (max 3 people at my place), but we can also take the course at home or outside if the weather is nice!
