As a pianist with experience winning Chopin piano competitions, earning regional awards, and performing in competitive showcases, I bring both high-level training and real performance insight into every lesson.

Through more than 10 years of preparing for competitions and public performances, I have developed strong technical precision, musical interpretation skills, and a deep understanding of classical repertoire, especially Romantic composers like Chopin. I use this experience to guide students not only in mastering technique, but in developing artistry, confidence, and stage presence.

My lessons are fully personalized. Whether you are a beginner building fundamentals or an advanced student preparing for competitions, auditions, or recitals, I tailor each session to your goals. We focus on technique, music reading, rhythm, interpretation, and expressive playing, while building strong practice habits that lead to consistent improvement.

I provide structured guidance, constructive feedback, and a supportive environment that challenges students to grow while keeping their passion for music alive. My goal is to help each student unlock their full potential and perform with both confidence and musical depth.

This class is for students wanting to perfect different aspects of their film composition technique. I am a film composer working in Hollywood under the name of PHAR.
On the tech side of thing :

- Discuss your home studio equipment, your production (Logic, Cubase, Ableton or Pro Tools), your plugins, kontakt libraries, mockup creation, custom templates, live recording, mix, mastering, export STEMS etc.

Composition :

- Serving the picture, tempo maps, beat mapping, time signatures, attention to sound design and dialogues, harmony techniques, use of modes, orchestration, film music history, arrangement, use of instruments, electronic music, synthesisers (hardware & vst, modular)

Live recording :

- Relationships with filmmakers, demoing, MIDI clean-up to export to Sibelius or Finale, STEMS to Pro Tools for live prepping, role of the composer during recording session, conducting, mix and record hybrid pieces (combining live instruments and samples).

Business

- Importance of networking, giving your price, legal/tax, writer's share, film business, expansion advice, commercial techniques, communication, IMDb credits, website creation.

Each class is designed for the student's needs.

Whether it's wanting to improve your guitar technique, learn songs to play for fun, or learn how to jam with a group of people and play on stage, or even compose songs of your own, I will teach you in a way where you will be able to have the option for all. My method uses a universal technique, meaning you will be able to play in many different scenarios because of the musical variety I will share with you. I will also pass on the methods I have learned from my highly renowned instructors like James Robinson, Larry Mitchell, and Dante Frisiello.

To leave you with this note, when I started learning guitar I got to a point where I felt stuck with my progression and I wasn't so interested in playing, until I found the right teacher who showed me the infinite possibilities with music and the guitar. This is something I want to pass forward on to you! Learning to play music is a cultivation that last a lifetime.
