I am an experienced French and Spanish tutor who has lived in Peru, Paris and Barcelona. I have been tutoring for 3 years and over time I have identified what most students struggle with when learning a language. I understand how intimidating speaking in a foreign language can be and so I offer sessions that are tailored to each student's needs - be it grammar, general conversation or learning a wider range of vocab.

I graduated last year from Durham University with a BA in Modern Languages and Cultures, and I am now studying my MA in Broadcast Journalism in London. I love all things to do with language and communication and have 500 hours of tutoring experience.

FOR GCSE/A LEVEL STUDENTS:
I have tutored French and Spanish at both GCSE and A Level and have a good knowledge of what different exam boards require. I can help you avoid pronunciation pitfalls, share resources to improve your vocabulary, and refine your grammar knowledge so that verb conjugations become second nature. I am an experienced and reliable French and Spanish tutor who has worked freelance alongside my studies for 3 years. I have worked as an English Language Assistant in Barcelona and Peru, as well as an ESL teacher/tutor while living abroad.
I am an enthusiastic and passionate tutor who has worked with young people and adults, as well as SEN pupils. I am based in South London and able to offer online and in-person classes, whatever the student is most comfortable with. To the uninitiated, a grammar book seems to be written in another language because the meaning of the words is incomprehensible. In a down-to-earth way, I'll translate the grammar into familiar words. With my tailor-made teaching you will accelerate your learning while having a positive mindset.
