French for Complete Beginners - Learners of All Ages Welcome

I teach French classes in conversation, reading, writing and listening to learners of all ages. I have over five years of experience in teaching students from preschool age to adults.

This class is for everyone - students doing French at school or college or adult learners who want to brush up on their language schools for fun or before a holiday.

You'll learn basic conversation and elementary grammar. I can also offer more advanced tuition.

Classes are currently online only.

Understanding what makes a powerful and effective essay is a key part of writing and nailing those exams up ahead. My lessons will involve reviewing my student's writing and working together to find elements that need improvement. We will focus on essay planning, cohesiveness, originality, and exam technique. My sessions will not be lectures and require active participation and effort from myself and my student. If needed, I will set small amounts of homework to encourage even more progress.

During my final years in school, I was responsible for leading tutoring sessions for younger year groups, and provided one-on-one tutoring for several of my A-Level classmates. I also achieved the top mark in the world for OxfordAQA English Literature in my 2023 A-Levels.
