I am a native Spanish speaker from Spain with a university degree in Teaching Languages at Universidad Alcala de Henares (Madrid). I have a wide experience teaching Spanish to people of all ages through challenging and effective methodologies. To provide a complete learning process, I offer the development and improvement of speaking, listening, writing and reading skills. The focus of the lessons will be in accordance to your level and own interests and needs. Sessions can be at your place, my place, a library or via online webcam, depending on convenience.

My name is Paul-Antoine and I live in Amsterdam where I am a student. I am currently studying at the University of Amsterdam in the PPLE bachelor (Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics).
From French parents, I followed all my education in the French system abroad and I speak French fluently.
In these support courses which can be academic or simply an aid to the deepening of the language, I will bring my personal culture and my recent readings which will also allow the student to discover another facet of French literature. Hello everyone! I hold a doctorate in Italian, have been teaching Italian for 5 years and hold a CELTA teaching qualification. I've been preparing students for the A-Levels and GCSE (language + literature). I can prepare you for specific examinations, language lessons in general or teach you Italian for business. The lessons are for everyone, whatever their age or level (children to adults). I will make sure that you discover the Italian culture through the lessons, learn the correct pronunciation and of course learn some grammar. I am open to your needs and can speak a few languages to make sure you understand fully the lessons (of course, we’ll try to use mostly Italian in all our lessons depending on your level).

Bonjour,

I'm of mixed French and Polish origins and I've been living in Paris for many years. I hold a PhD degree in French Literature from Sorbonne University and I've been teaching French and English since 2013. During my class, you will learn how to communicate effectively - and in order to speak, you'll need to practice! I have a passion for French culture, literature, music, film and theatre, and I believe that it's through culture and experiencing the language directly in everyday life that you really immerse yourself in a language. I train also for exams and DELF/DALF. Apart from this, I work as a tour guide specialised in French medieval architecture and a week-end trip to Paris (sightseeing included!) can be planned during the course to immerse in French language, cinema, food and beautiful Parisian museums.

Practicing French in French boulangeries, restaurants and bookshops in Amsterdam can be planned as well. If you're interested in more than practicing speaking and pronunciation skills, we can alternate the grammar/writing classes (held at home) and conversation classes (held anywhere!). We'll use news, social media, Netflix and much more. À bientôt !

Portuguese (or "Brazilian") is my native language. French too, as I moved very young to Switzerland (Geneva, the "French part"). I speak both fluently but now living in the Netherlands, I am using more English (and of course, Dutch!). In order to keep speaking the languages I love, I decided to give some classes. As a student who graduated from the European School, I have gained a lot of knowledge in different languages. Having learnt Greek, German, English, French, and even a bit of Italian, I have become familiar with the ways and mechanisms of teaching a language. I have always been passionate about writing and believe a lot in the importance of writing abilities to help individuals mentally, and the same counts for speaking and reading. Language is a form of self-expression that is of utmost importance to life, and I believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn these skills.
