About Me

I am a sociable and sensitive person, in love with music and strongly attached to its values. I love teaching piano because I have dedicated my life to the study of this musical instrument. Today, I am therefore happy to be able to contribute to those who decide to approach music and explore the world of the piano.

devoted with more than 10 years of experience in studies and on stage. I started my musical career in 2006 in Italy. My musical journey continued with teaching, solo and chamber music performances, masterclasses and competitions.

Lessons in piano, harpsichord, and historical and modern cello, with program and repertoire, adapted to the goals and speed of each student, whether young, not so young, or adult, for a general introduction to these instruments, for preparation for high music education, as a supplementary aid for exams in music academies, or for a hobby, or for amateur group music-making, or for developing qualities as concentration, coordination, discipline, expressibility, awareness of styles and music history.
In my teaching, I rely mostly on old traditional methods, books, and repertoire, which have proved their efficiency over the time. I also make use of the teaching tradition of partimenti of the old Neapolitan conservatories - exercises for composing that can be applied from early stage. This not only adds a creative element soon after very beginning, but also teaches via practice the basics of harmony and polyphony.
Lessons can be combined (+30min.) with theory/solfege (ear training), if the student wishes.

I have been teaching for more than 15 years, privately, in Brussels, and in New York in the past, more than 100 students.
I am a graduate of Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel, in baroque cello and harpsichord, but I play also modern cello organ, and piano.
