We had an exceptional experience learning Argentine Tango with Ivan and Tiyana, and it’s honestly difficult to capture just how special the lesson felt. From the very beginning, tango stopped feeling like a sequence of steps and instead became something to truly feel—an experience unfolding naturally between partners. By the end of the session, even in just one session, we found ourselves connecting to the dance in a way that felt both intuitive and deeply engaging. One moment that stood out in particular was our final dance, which felt as though it carried the familiarity of many dances before, yet still held a sense of discovery and beauty. What makes Ivan and Tiyana truly outstanding is their ability to transform instruction into an experience. Their teaching goes beyond technique—they invite you into the essence of Argentine Tango, where movement becomes a form of expression and connection. The lesson was thoughtfully structured, precise, and delivered with a level of professionalism and care that exceeded our expectations. They are not only highly skilled dancers, but also exceptional teachers—attentive, intentional, and genuinely invested in their students’ progress. Every element of the lesson felt carefully crafted, creating an environment that was both comfortable and inspiring. Finding them felt incredibly fortunate, and we couldn’t have asked for better guides to begin our tango journey. Classes with Rika are great, I've been learning with her for several months now and I'm 100% satisfied. We've had both physical and online classes, I was worried online would be difficult to learn from as it's been my experience in the past but I was very pleasantly surprised and since then we stick to online! After every class, Rika sends me slides of the new grammar we learnt including some sentences for me to translates as homework using the new and previous vocabulary/grammar. During physical classes, I wouldn't receive these recaps (which is a shame) but Rika would make me write down some of our dialogues so I would also practice writing. The way classes work is purely oral practice. Rika will ask me questions in order to create dialogue that I have to express in Japanese and the learning builds up from it. She is soooo patient when I take ages to express my sentence because I'm searching for my words or structure. Very kind and friendly too, you won't feel pressured nor judged to be proficient. Communication outside of class is clear and fast, she is very attentive and flexible. I'm a French speaker but we hold the class in English/Japanese as it's best for us both so I can't attest how it goes in French or Chinese/Japanese but I'm sure it works well too! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the lesson. Apart from a very professional and individual approach of Géraldine, there is also a great technical equipement, I will definately come back!
