Hi, my name is Romain and I'm from Lorraine, France. I'm 23 so I'm still energetic! ;)
I've been studying languages and literature up until now, while at the same time teaching French. I started teaching French before the covid, in 2019: I've been teaching it for 4 full years both in formal and informal contexts, in the classroom and online, to all kinds of people. No matter who you are, what your goals and level are: we will find a way to get along and trust me, you'll make huge progress!

You will discover my own approach to teaching French: In all this time I spent teaching, I came up with my own approach and my own material to teach French. It is not the most common method but it has proved to be effective!

As much as I try to speak French during the classes, I sometimes make use of my student's mother tongue to explain to them in a clearer and easier way one concept/structure of the French language. As a result, I'm able to teach to many different people: whether you speak English, Italian, German, Spanish or Chinese, I'll be here to help you in your language to make sure you understand French better, if you need it.

Hi, my name is Romain, I'm 23 and I'm French. I come from a quiet yet beautiful region called Lorraine. During my university years, I've been lucky enough to travel to Italy and Germany as an exchange student, and to learn more about the languages, the places and the people.
But even before that, I have started giving French classes to all sorts of people: you come after a long list of people I've helped learning French: refugees, children, highschoolers, adults, people who were almost bilingual and also beginners in French... And after I started teaching online, I've been pleased to meet people from all around the world, motivated to learn French—and succeeding in it!

You will discover my approach and the material I've come up with throughout these years I spent teaching. I can guarantee that you'll be satisfied, and most importantly, that you will see the results!

You can trust my professionalism and my empathy: I myself have struggled so much learning languages that I will not let you down on this marvellous, yet sometimes lonely road. Many of my students have gone a long way with me, appreciating the care and energy I was putting in their lessons.

Last but not least: I'm able to teach in several languages (English, Italian, German, Spanish and Chinese): if you're a beginner in French or feel like you'd rather have an explanation in your mother tongue, I can express myself in these languages :)

I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file.
