Hi everyone,

I'm Ana, 31 years old, currently living in Paris.
I am a multicultural and native English / Spanish speaker and have been lucky enough to live in the UK, USA, Argentina, and France.
I started teaching English and Spanish as a foreign language when I was 20 years of age and now have more than 10 years of experience giving one-on-one language lessons. In the past I have taught English and Spanish to young kids (aged 6 and up), university students, and adults.
Now, I mainly teach English and Spanish online, tailoring my lessons to the needs of each particular learner.
I'm also a teacher at a business school here in Paris.

My native languages are English and Spanish.
I'm fluent in French and have an intermediate level in Italian and Portuguese.

During an initial conversation, together we will determine the focus of our lessons : grammar, reading comprehension, oral comprehension, writing, exam preparation, English/Spanish for travel / business / leisure).

Based on my 13 years of experience, I think that A1 level is a very important period in language learning. When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file. After our lessons, I send you back all the additional notes and exercises that we covered in our lesson as a Word file.
