Soy recién graduada en Psicología y estudiante del máster en psicología general sanitaria, y estoy empezando a realizar mis primeras sesiones privadas con la finalidad de crear un espacio seguro en el que las personas puedan ser ellas mismas y contar con mi acompañamiento para afrontar sus retos del día a día.

من أنا؟

Llevo años dedicándome a los niños y ayudándoles tanto como a sus familias con sus respectivos procesos emocionales. Además de haber estado en un centro de desarrollo infantil y atención precoz, mi último proyecto se ha basado en la realización de mentorías psicológicas de tipo emocional, creando un plan individualizado de acompañamiento psicológico para cada usuari@, planificación de sesiones y utilización de técnicas proyectivas (entre otras) con la finalidad de entrenar la inteligencia emocional.
Es por ello que he decidido empezar a hacer sesiones de acompañamiento psicológico individuales, con el principal objetivo de generar un espacio seguro y de confianza en el que l@s usuari@s puedan sentirse libres, apoyad@s, asesorad@s y acompañad@s para afrontar sus retos de la vida cotidiana.
