I am Ph and civil engineer, and I am well aware of the frustration of not achieving the desired academic results. I find it very satisfying to teach and to see how my students achieve their goals. I sincerely believe that learning is a privilege and a pleasure. It is my top priority that my students feel this.
My level of mathematics, physics and engineering is very competent. Although of course, for very specific topics or doubts, I will have to analyze whether I am able to teach lessons with ease or not. Do not hesitate to write to me.

Welcome Student,

As a graduate of the Bachelor's program in Mathematics and Computer Science and the Master's program in Mathematics, I've noticed that many students struggle with many subjects. These are often also the most crucial for their progress, as many future courses build on them. If you're a Bachelor's student facing the same challenge, you've come to the right place. We'll review the material together and work towards your exams, so you can confidently take them.

From a 'birds-eye view', many of these courses clearly have specific types of assignments that you must be able to pass your exam. Math, calculus and physics can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when the theory or solving method is unclear. I am a cum laude Aerospace Engineering graduate from TU Delft and have helped other pupils with their problems since 2017. With my calm and stepwise explanation, a second view of the solution procedure is given, which is often what is missing. I tutor a variety of math and physics courses on both secondary and high school levels, but also at a scientific bachelor level. These can either be theory/exercise-based, but also exam preparation.

I have a PhD in pure mathematics and have been working as an actuary in an insurance company for a few years. I deal with financial issues, artificial intelligence, and am very familiar with programming complex insurance risk models.
I have a great passion for teaching and it fills me with joy to bring a struggling student to pass an exam and gain awareness and confidence in mathematical tools. Achieving good results with the math required for university studies just takes patience, practice and a good teacher who knows how to choose the most appropriate individual path. If you are struggling with a specific subject, we can look together at what you are good at and what we can best focus on during the sessions. A few subjects that I have coached students in in the past are: mathematics, business economics, economics, arithmetic, accounting/accountancy, cost accounting, managerial accounting, financial accounting, corporate finance, risk management and investments. I give tips on which information is most important, how you can best prepare for the subject, and how you can best read test questions. This method has proven to be very effective!

During my sessions I coach almost everyone! From pupils at the vmbo to (almost) graduates at the university, in all financial-economic subjects. Because of this I have developed a coaching structure that is effective, efficient, and fun.

During exam training I work with old exams with a focus on the latest developments in the field. In this way I ensure that students get a good grip on the exam material and enter the exams with confidence. During the training I teach the students how an exam is structured so that they feel familiar with the final exam.

Tutoring or homework support are designed in consultation. Some pupils or students benefit from doing assignments together, while others need more explanation of the theory.

Mathematics is the queen of sciences, the creative art of abstract logical reasoning par excellence, with ubiquitous applications. Nevertheless, many people struggle with mathematics and find that it is frustratingly taught in schools.

I hold a Master of Mathematics (from the KU Leuven, having previously completed my Bachelor at The University of Warwick), with years of tutoring experience, and am further keen to teach mathematics to anyone at any level -- from primary school, through secondary, up till final-year undergraduate material -- in a motivated, fruitful fashion, in four different possible languages (English, Polish, Dutch, and French).
