About Me

El enfoque en el trabajo terapéutico que manejo para con jóvenes y adultos, se basa en proporcionar un entorno seguro y de apoyo para explorar y abordar los desafíos emocionales, cognitivos y conductuales que pueden enfrentar. A través de la terapia, mi objetivo es ayudar a mis clientes a desarrollar una mayor conciencia de sí mismos, comprender sus patrones de pensamiento y comportamiento, y fortalecer sus habilidades de afrontamiento para enfrentar los desafíos de la vida.

En las capacitaciones para jóvenes y adultos, mi enfoque se centra en el desarrollo personal y el crecimiento emocional. Utilizo técnicas interactivas y participativas para fomentar la reflexión y el aprendizaje práctico. Estas capacitaciones abordan temas como la gestión del estrés, la comunicación efectiva, la resolución de conflictos, el desarrollo de habilidades sociales y la promoción de la salud mental.

En el trabajo de intervención de habilidades emocionales con mujeres expuestas a la violencia física, mi objetivo principal es generar de forma preventiva autoconfianza y seguridad en ellas mismas. Utilizando técnicas basadas en la terapia cognitivo-conductual y enfoques centrados en la persona para ayudarlas a reconstruir su autoestima, establecer límites saludables, desarrollar habilidades de afrontamiento y fortalecer su sentido de identidad y autonomía.

Además, facilitaría el acceso a recursos comunitarios y redes de apoyo para garantizar que estas mujeres tengan el apoyo necesario para su recuperación a largo plazo. Mi objetivo final es empoderar a estas mujeres para que puedan manejar de forma integral su vida personal y lograr una mayor autoconfianza y seguridad emocional.
