اهلاً بكم طلاب الجامعة او طلاب الماجستير والدكتوراه!!! أنا اقوم بتدريس مادة كيمياء المنتجات الطبيعية او كيمياء الفيتو (Phytochemistry) او كيمياء العقاقير (Pharmacognosy). فى هذا الصف سوف نتعرف على طرق استخلاص وفصل وتعريف الشكل الكيميائي للمركبات الكيميائية الفعالة (المركبات الثانوية النشطة ببولوجياً) من المصادر الطبيعية، مثل النباتات الطبية والعطرية. سنتطرق أيضاً الى معرفة ما يعرف بعلم الكروماتوجرافى واجهزة الاسبكتروسكوبى وتحاليل الطيف والكتلة والرنين المغناطيسى وأجهزة التحاليل المتقدمة المستخدمة فى هذا المجال.

هذا بالإضافة الى معرفة بعض التطبيقات المهمة لهذه المواد الفعالة فى المجالات المختلفة، مثل صناعة الدواء والزراعة... الخ. سنتعلم أيضاً الطرق العملية والمعملية التى تتم فى المعمل لاجراء تحاليل السمية ومضادات الأكسدة والسكرى... الخ.
