In this class you will learn basic Italian grammar and vocabulary with the help of stimulating exercises and simple explanations. I provide feedback and progress report, as well as marking exercises and offering thorough explanations. This class is for students wishing to get started with Mathematical Biology. The content leans more towards deterministic modelling of biological models than biological content itself. Notes will be provided. I teach with a mixture of pen and paper explanations and exercises. I use examples to help the student understand the content. I make references to physics or real life situations to put maths in contexts, which I find helps relating to the content. I mark exercises and explain solutions, pointing out how answers could be improved. I provide reports on students progress.
