My teaching approach is based on 3 essential elements: 1. Confidence Building: Students are petrified of asking questions and giving the wrong answer. I create a rapport and build an atmosphere where the student is free to clarify all doubts and can tackle the most difficult problems, independently. 2. Socratic Approach (Q&A): I keep my sessions interactive by basing it on a question/answer model which stimulates critical/logical thinking while also enabling me to identify any missed concept so that the doubts are cleared a 100%. 3. Personalised Learning: A good prep depends on an understanding of the student's learning characteristic. A practical approach may work better for a particular student whereas the foundational concepts have to be clarified for another. Personalised study plans and flexible learning helps determine the exact challenge areas helping me to solve them immediately.
