Moroccan Arabic classes include the following: *Reading and comprehension 1-Students must be able to decipher and deduct the meaning and the context of the text (written in Latin scripts in an elementary phase) 2-Answer true or false questions 3-Answer direct questions 4-Find specific information in the text. 5-Talk about the general idea of the text. *Listening will include but is not limited to the following: 1-Listening to audio segments of Arabic speakers. 2-Find the gist and the specific information in audio segments. 3-Answer comprehension questions about the segment *Writing will include the following: 1-A tutor helps learners write Arabic scripts. 2-Speaking will include but is not limited to the following: 3-Learners will practice speech with their tutor. 4-Practice dialogues set in different contexts. 5-The tutor will help learners pronounce properly and accurately words and speech produced. *Moving from slow speech to normal speed speech. **Exercises and activities will be assigned at the end of each lesson to check the comprehension of learners and add additional props that will be used to serve learners’ needs and assessments.
