I specialise in teaching the A-level course 'Philosophy and Ethics' which is about critical thinking and developing dynamics of society. This is a particularly good choice for students that want to pursue a career in medical science or law. This course, likewise to the AS Level course, three sections to it - Ethics, Philosophy and Christian Thinking. This further teaching of the course, as a complete A-Level, is more based upon modern situations and applications of philosophy and ethics that surround us. Alongside these educational theories and developments of thinking I will teach students the correct structure of essay writing for their arguments - ready for the real exam. I assign homework after each lesson and provide periodic progress reports.

My goal is to keep students engaged with the philosophers of Ancient Greece and challenged, but not overwhelmed with baffling psychological theories of conscience; among many others. I specialise in tutoring Triple Award Science for secondary students (Yr 9 to Yr 11) which prepares them for GCSE exams in the future. I teach the new curriculum (1-9 grades) for Triple Science and use education boards such as AQA, Edexcel and OCR 21st Century - among others. I like to assign homework after every lesson and provide periodic progress reports after exam practices in order to support students further. I have previously taught Triple Science before and my student achieved 6-7's (A-B's equivalent) that allowed them to transition to sixth form to pursue their career in medical sciences. I also tailor my teaching style for each student so that any age and ability can successfully learn at their own pace.
